Hemline Theory

Well, the experts say the economy is looking up, and the catwalks have been overrun with endless legs, hugely high platforms, texured hosiery, and pencil skirts that stop an inch or three above the knee. According to the hemline theory, good economic times result in showing a little more leg. There is historical data that demonstrates a strong correlation between skirt length and the strength of the economy, but I just don't buy it. Fashion is cyclical. Either way, these vintage, printed, darlings will definitely make you the hottest bitch at the party and improve your stock, especially after I take a few inches off.
